Turning a house into a home is one of life's true labors of love. In working with us, you will discover that we never lose sight of bringing the client's vision to life. We will ensure that your house feels like a home you designed, not one that was just designed. Our residential experience spans from decorating to small bathroom or kitchen renovations, to complete interior remodels of some of Los Angeles' most architecturally significant homes.

This contemporary loft was especially fun for us because it was a ground up project, and we were involved in designing every part of it. Some of the loftís unique features include the following. It was designed as a Smart Home - lighting, fans, window treatments, HVAC, digital music and audio visual can all be controlled entirely via remote and integrated keypads. Bottom up shades and custom floor valances were designed to control urban views, provide privacy, and yet still allow for spectacular views and natural light. We designed a Bulthaup kitchen with an eleven-foot Cararra marble island, and incorporated end-grain wood floors, green onyx countertops, and custom designed furniture and custom millwork.

Full remodel and addition in a transitional style that unifies the Mediterranean inspired architecture with California contemporary interior design. We accented a palette of warm neutrals with soft blues taken from the breathtaking glimpses of California coastline throughout the house. Textured fabrics, soft geometric patterns and contemporary art from the owner's private collection add interest and dimension to each room. We completely reconfigured the kitchen layout to make it more functional. Features include Wood Mode custom high-end cabinetry, brushed nickel plumbing fixtures, oil-rubbed bronze and silk shade pendants, Subzero and Wolf appliances, granite countertops, and travertine floors.

A warm palette enlivens a young couple's more traditional design Cape Cod style home and transform it into a comfortable interior. An electric candlelight chandelier coupled with an oversized beveled mirror featuring a mosaic inset of flowers shaped from seashells adds a touch of seaside grandeur to the clean, uncluttered look - one ideally suited for a growing family's needs.

The challenge in this interior design project was to maintain the period Modern and Asian themes of the 1950ís architect Thornton Ladd-designed house while transforming the space into an updated and more comfortable environment. All of the interior finishes were renovated while portions of the house were completely gutted and remodeled. The sophisticated air of warm woods and simple lines throughout are balanced with whimsical touches such as wooly Flokati rugs, green onyx countertops, and textured sliding wall panels.
